Florian Wieland
President and Chief Executive Officer

Florian Wieland was educated in his homeland of Switzerland and began his career with Buehrle, a leading Swiss company, as a member of its Weapons Design Team.  After immigrating to Canada, he was employed by MAI Canada, Ltd., a healthcare company involved in the development of software and sales of both software and hardware.  He held various positions with MAI in the areas of software development and sales.  His last position with the organization was serving as National Software Development Manager.

In 1984, he and his family moved to California and he founded his healthcare software development company.    Under his direction, leadership and industry vision, the company has grown to a customer base of approximately 55 facilities throughout the USA, Canada and the Bahamas.  A s Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Wieland maintains carries the vision of Sphere Health Systems, Inc., setting the direction for software innovation, development and sales.
