Enhancement Request

Clients may send a request for a system enhancement to the Client Services Center by completing the Request For Service (RFS) form and e-mailing to Sphere Health Systems at support@spherehealth.com or faxing it to 949-581-6736.

All client requests for system enhancements will be forwarded to our Users Group for prioritization. The request is then reviewed by the Development Committee. If the Development Committee determines that the enhancement (as prioritized by the User Group Leadership) will benefit most or all of Sphere Health Systems' clients, the enhancement will be added to the next version release at no charge to the client. If it is determined that the enhancement will solely benefit the requesting client and will not adversely affect the application, the enhancement will be reviewed and a quote sent to the client for approval. A member of the Client Services department will assist the client through the process.

Clients will be notified when system updates (applicable to all clients) have been posted on the website and are available for download.

Those software modifications mandated by Federal and State regulations shall be developed by Sphere Health Systems at least thirty (30) days before the regulatory change takes effect. Reasonable changes mandated by Federal and State regulations are included in the annual maintenance fee. Sphere Health Systems reserves the right to charge for extensive modifications on a pro-rata basis over its client base. Clients agree to monitor state and local regulatory requirements and agrees to notify Sphere Health Systems of pending changes at least 120 days before regulatory change takes effect.
